Stefan Peters: “Colombia under the Spotlight”
A few weeks before the presidential election in Colombia, Dr. Stefan Peters, academic director of the CAPAZ Institute, gave an interview to the German broadcasting service Deutsche Welle.
In the interview on May 2, 2018, Dr. Peters explained the activities of CAPAZ and its contribution to the discussion about the implementation of the peace agreements in the next government.
