“Paz caliente and the region”: second online panel of the CAPAZ-supported JANUS cycle
From a regional perspective, the second panel of the cycle of online conferences on post-agreement processes in Colombia will address issues relating to the complexity of implementing peace in Colombia’s different regions. The panel “A powerful peace and the regions (Paz caliente y región)” will be held on Wednesday, April 14, at 5:00 p.m. (Colombia time). Those interested can follow the live webcast at Facebook Live @InterculturalidadUR
Guests will be Luis Fernando Trejos (Universidad del Norte); Kyle Johnson (CORE Foundation); Socorro Ramírez (IEPRI, Universidad Nacional de Colombia), and María Clemencia Ramírez (ICANH). The event will be chaired by Luis Peña (University of Jena).
There are still two more sessions of the lecture series in April (21 and 28) and one on May 5. The sessions run every Wednesday, at 5:00 pm. (Colombia time) on Facebook Live @InterculturalidadUR
The “Post-agreement dilemmas in Colombia” academic series has been organised by the JANUS Research Group at the CAPAZ-founding institution, Universidad del Rosario, and is supported by CAPAZ, CINEP, the Colombian Institute of Anthropology and History (ICANH) and the UNESCO Chair in Education and Culture for Peace at Universidad del Rosario.
