In the third CAPAZ Policy Brief 3-2020 published in March 2020, researcher Carolina Naranjo Escobar presents the current dramatic situation of social leaders in Colombia, based on the life story of the social leader from Bojayá (Chocó) Leyner Palacios, in her contribution entitled: “Situation of social leaders and human rights defenders in Colombia in 2019 and their prospects for 2020”.
