Juliana González speaks at a virtual conference-workshop on feminist perspectives on peace and conflict studies
Juliana González Villamizar, the CAPAZ Scientific Collaborator, will speak at the conference-workshop entitled “Work-in-progress-Workshop: Feminist Perspectives in Peace and Conflict Studies: intersectional approaches”, on June 16 and 17, 2020.
She will address the opening panel on the second day on peace in transitional contexts with her presentation: “The Promise and Perils of Mainstreaming Intersectionality in the Colombian Peace Process”.

The event will be open to the public and those interested in taking part can do so via a web platform. It is organised by the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences (Campus Kleve), the Netzwerk Friedensforscherinnen – Female Peace Researchers’ Network, and the German Association for Peace and Conflict Studies (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Friedens-und Konfliktforschung, AFK).
