A DISCUSSION AT UNIVERSIDAD DE ANTIOQUIA: “BETWEEN MEMORY, TRUTH, AND OBLIVION: REFLECTIONS ON (NON-)MEMORY”
Academic Director of the CAPAZ Institute, Prof. Dr. Stefan Peters will be a guest speaker at discussion session “Between memory, truth, and oblivion: Reflections on (non-)memory” organised by the Master’s of Law programme at Universidad de Antioquia in Medellín, one of the CAPAZ associate members.
The meeting is free of charge and will take place on Thursday, August 15, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 m. in the Horacio Montoya Gil Auditorium (block 10-222), Ciudad Universitaria.
The moderator will be Gabriel Ignacio Gómez Sánchez, professor at the School of Law and Political Science at Universidad de Antioquia. The discussion will focus on how to investigate the truth in societies that have emerged from conflict, an issue related to the academic and research interests of master’s degree students and some of the research seedbeds at Universidad de Antioquia.
