The Kroc Institute presents its latest report on the Final Agreement in times of COVID-19
The Kroc Institute and its Peace Agreements Matrix Barometer Initiative, which monitors the implementation of the Final Agreement in Colombia, presented its latest report, titled: “Colombia’s Final Agreement in times of COVID-19: Institutional and citizen ownership as key to implementation” in May 2021. The report covers the period between December 2019 to November 2020.
Summary (original report on the Kroc Institute web page):
This report shows the status of the implementation of the Final Agreement for the December 2019 to November 2020 period, according to the monitoring methodology designed by the Kroc Institute. The report presents a quantitative and qualitative overview of the implementation of the 578 provisions derived from the text of the Final Agreement for the Termination of the Conflict and the Construction of a Stable and Lasting Peace (hereafter, Final Agreement or Agreement) and a special look at the cross-cutting, gender, ethnic, and territorial approaches. To enrich the analysis, the Kroc Institute incorporates a temporal perspective, taking into consideration the indicators of the Implementation Framework Plan (IFP) as a complement to its methodology. This report also includes a comparative perspective on the implementation of the Final Agreement vis-à-vis other Comprehensive Peace Agreements (CPAs) signed around the world.
