Context:
The Final Agreement signed in 2016 by the then Colombian government and the demobilised FARC-EP guerrilla presented three fundamental principles: gender, ethnicity, and territoriality. The implementation of these three axes in the mandate of the three components of the Comprehensive System created as a result of the Final Agreement—JEP, Truth Commission, and the Unit for the Search for the Disappeared—has raised difficulties, for example, in the stigmatisation, resignification and recognition of political actors. Added to this is the difficulty of data collection, violence and opposition to the agreements reached. The differential and intersectional perspective is relevant in understanding this context.
