Third panel of the CAPAZ-supported JANUS cycle on environment, conflict and peace
The complex dynamics between the environmental, conflict and peace dimensions in Colombia will be the central theme of the third online panel of the “Post-agreement dilemmas in Colombia” cycle.
In the panel “Environment, conflicts and peace” will participate Javier Revelo and Jairo Baquero (Universidad del Rosario); Juan Carlos Garzón (Fundación Ideas para la Paz); Margarita Chaves (ICANH) and Diana Bocarejo (Moderation, Universidad del Rosario, Centro Mutis).
The event will be held on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. (Colombia time), the usual time and day for the cycle. The sessions will be broadcast live on Facebook Live @InterculturalidadUR
The series will offer two additional panels; one on April 28 and the last one on May 5, on the same broadcasting channel mentioned above.
“Post-agreement dilemmas in Colombia” is a series of international panels, bringing together expert voices from Colombian academia, civil society organisations and think tanks with interested audiences.
The series is organised by JANUS, a research group on conflict, post-conflict and peace issues attached to CAPAZ-founding institution, Universidad del Rosario. It is supported by CAPAZ, CINEP, the Colombian Institute of Anthropology and History-ICANH, and the UNESCO Chair for Education and Culture of Peace at Universidad del Rosario.
