The Latin American Group of International Criminal Law together with prof. Kai ambos meet in Bogota
The meeting entitled “Criminal responsibility of legal persons. International experiences in the field and good practices” will be held in Bogotá with the participation of Prof. Kai Ambos, director of the Centre for the Study of Latin American Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure (CEDPAL) attached to the University of Göttingen and spokesperson for this university at the CAPAZ Institute.
This meeting will be held on Monday, December 2, 2019, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. in the Salón Muisca of the Hilton Hotel in Bogota, Colombia (Cra. 7 No. 72-41).
The event is free with online pre-registration
Prof. Kai Ambos will present his paper entitled “The criminal responsibility of transnational economic enterprises for international crimes from the perspective of International Economic Criminal Law”. Experts from Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Chile, Germany and Mexico will participate in the talks. The event is organised by the Rule of Law Programme for Latin America of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Foundation, specifically the Latin American Group on International Criminal Law.
