Invitation to participate in the thematic axis of the XXIII Colombian Congress on Geography 2019
The Geography Programme at Universidad Externado de Colombia invites those interested to send in their proposals for papers to participate in one of the thematic axes of the XXIII Colombian Congress on Geography: “A geography for peace building”, which will take place from October 22 to 25, 2019 in Bogotá, Colombia.
Proposals may be sent in to the working groups for the thematic axis on political and historical geographies of armed conflict and peace, specifically in relation to the following lines: a) Conflicts over land and territory, b) History of conflict and peace in the regions, c) Territorial dynamics of the implementation of peace agreements, and d) Communities and territories of peace, development and peace with a territorial approach.
